How should I prep my hair before my appointment?
Arrive with clean, fully dried, detangled hair. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll guide you based on your chosen style.
Do you provide hair?
You can bring your preferred brand/color, or request hair to be included (where available). Mention it when booking.
How long do braids usually last?
Most styles last 4–8 weeks depending on hair type, size, and aftercare. We’ll share easy maintenance tips after your service.
Is there a deposit or cancellation policy?
To secure your appointment, we may request a small deposit that goes toward your total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll happily move your appointment to a new date. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit. If you’re running late, please message us—there’s a 10–15 minute grace period depending on the day, and after that we may need to reschedule so we can stay on time for other clients.
